hmmm... where do i start...

THERE WAS ONCE APON A TIME A GIRL WHO WAS LAZY AND HATED WORK, AND NOTHING HER MOTHER COULD SAY WOULD INDUCE HER TO SPIN. no wait, thats a grimms fairy tale...

So theres this one mental institution, and there is a girl (15-16), Kiki who is an orphan, and shes in for having multiple personalities. she likes to dress up in various clothes (C-O-S-P-L-A-Y) and she has her mental friends there, but shes so cunning that she managed to sneak out, and promised her friends that she would do anything to get them out of that place.
So she goes to this school that is mixed grades/classes, because orphans go there cause the school wants them to feel like theyre wanted. (lol did not mean that, i'm not really that cruel). So Kiki sneaks in, and spends a few days at the school normally (for her), until she finds a selection of random people, sends them a letter, tells them theyre in a gang, and the leader wants to see them. well, since they all have nothing better to do, they all group to the room, and chatter amongst themself, wondering who is the leader, when in walks Kiki, wearing her '60s japan gang garb.
Skipping all "unimportant stuff", Kiki says they're first assignment is to go to the convenience store and rob the slushie machine DD so, in walk a bunch of young people, armed with screwdrivers and the likes. so they walk in and dismantle the slushie machine. and like, when they walk out, the store worker is like "what nice children"


so basically the story is a comedy about a insane cosplayer who forms a "gang" of random people who do gang-y things, until they're strong enough to break out her friends.
